Our home is supplied with the basics to get your vacation started, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a garbage bag in the kitchen trash can, a dishwasher tab for one load, and a small bottle of dish liquid. After these supplies are depleted, it is up to our guests to replenish. This is standard practice for vacation home rental companies. For safety reasons, we are unable to leave items such as coffee filters, spices, and cleaning supplies between guests.” Seaweed periodically washes up on our beach. Just as we can’t stop rain from falling we cannot stop this natural occurrence. There is a rake for you to remove a pathway or usually high tides will wash seaweed back out to sea. The property is on a corner lot which gives optimal privacy for our guests! This vacation rental also comes with a covered boat lift, a kayak and paddle board for your enjoyment. This rental is a stilt home, which requires guest to go up one flight of stairs. There is covered parking under the house and an electric gate to enter the property for your security. This stilt home has a wrap around porch which allows for an elevated and panoramic view of Goodland bay. Spot Dolphin, Snook, and Tarpon rolling from your private patio. The patio also has a sectional outdoor couch and a TV for your pleasure.

Guests will have access to the entire house and boat lift (upon request; certain boats may not fit) during their stay. We also have added a golf cart to our rental for an extra fee. Request when booking if you would like us to leave the keys!
