Karen’s condo met all of our expectations. The condo itself is huge and very open, as soon as you walk in the door you see the stunning view of the water from the large balcony window.

Beautiful finishes on the inside, amazing view of the water from a very large balcony, and most importantly – steps away from the beach and center of Clearwater beach. Karen was a great host as well – responded promptly to all questions, very clear instructions on how to get into the condo and the parking lot, lots of recommendations of what to do in the area, just a very pleasant person to book with.

Amazing view for an amazing price! Discovered this rental on VRBO while looking for other pet-friendly vacation homes. Normally, I want to check on HiChee to see if I can get more savings. For a week-long vacation along with 6 guests and a pet. It turns out I got the best price compared to what Airbnb offers.

After that, I pasted it on HiChee’s search bar. I input the dates I wanted, April 11 – 19, and the number of guests I was with, then clicked yes on the pets, and voila, more savings for me! By booking through VRBO, I can pocket $8,969 more for my pet and necessities.

Our Resort property features several outdoor areas for your enjoyment. The “Yard” is the center of our Resort. Wow!!! We LOVED our stay at cabin 1 at watershed!

It was the perfect place for an early Christmas celebration. The location was perfect (10 minutes from Bryson city, 30 minutes from all of the outdoor activities we wanted to do) and the place itself was gorgeous and very clean. Stonewood was very responsive and kind. It had all of the amenities we needed such as a functioning and clean hot tub, a pool table, a Christmas tree, and an easy to use indoor gas fireplace.

Although we didn’t have time, we would have loved to use the provided firewood/fire starter for the outdoor fireplace as well! The bed and the couches were both very comfortable.

When you walk into this house it feels like you are truly on vacation. It has a tiny house feel with no cupboards, or closets. Every nook and cranny is filled with meticulously curated books, games, furniture and decor.

We have two rooms on ground floor that will be available to you if you book for more than two people. One room has a full bed, other room has 2 queen bunks and living area has a full bed. Upstairs there is a Master Bedroom with a king bed, the window seat has room for 1-2 people, couch has a fold out single bed, blow up queen bed or mats.

There is a glass garage door in the center of the house that looks out onto the water. This is the entire upstairs, no one is downstairs unless you rent it( but it is locked if it is only 2 people.

Dogs are allowed with a fee of $25-$45 per pet per night. They are not allowed on any beds or furniture.

At the edge of the property we have a tree house which maybe rented out.

There is a hot tub outside on the main floor. At the edge of the property is a high bluff with many areas that you can hang out at: sit around one of the 3 fire pits, swing on the double wood swing or feel like you are a kid again on a swing looking out at the water.

So take care to keep your dogs and small kids on leashes 😉 when down by the fire pits as the cliff is a sheer drop off, but other than that the home was a great option with close proximity to Port Angeles, Olympic National Park and more!
