Housing two grand king suites that sleep six, the cabin sprawls over 2000 sq ft, ensuring no one feels cramped. Its decor champions natural earth tones and textures, creating a calming, sophisticated environment where relaxation is inevitable. The oversized bedrooms and bathrooms underline the cabin’s luxury, with custom-designed finishes that cater to comfort.

Restoration Falls is the ONLY cabin in Broken Bow with a waterfall like this! Often you have to hike to see one, but here you can step out the door and immediately hear the relaxing sound of the waterfall just behind the cabin! This gorgeous luxury cabin in the woods offers 2 king suites and will sleep 6 adults. This private lot is wrapped with mature pine trees and makes you feel like you’ve found your own slice of paradise. You can even get IN the waterfall, for your own oasis experience!

This cabin features a high pitched roof to give the cabin a grand, yet cozy feeling. The walls are painted with a subtle warm earth tone to compliment the stained wood ceilings. We incorporated a lot of natural earthy colors and artwork to give you the feeling of an escape to nature and hidden waterfalls in every room! The cabin has two bedrooms, but at just over 2000sq ft, it’s quite spacious and never cramped. The bedrooms, bathrooms and showers are all oversized, and every finish was custom designed for luxury and comfort.

About the Pool: our nature inspired waterfall features a refreshing wading/splash pool for cooling off in the summer months!

While it’s not a traditional swimming pool, or lap pool, our waterfall pool wasn’t built for recreation, but relaxation!

Just like in nature, our waterfall pool is filtered by rocks and plants. There are no harsh chemicals, so the water has a natural, soft feel on your skin.

How is our pool different than a traditional pool?

Our water isn’t treated with chemicals, so naturally a biome of organic bacteria, algae and even fish reside in the water. It’s completely safe for taking a dip, but like other mountain streams, don’t drink the water. The algae also makes the rocks very slick…just like Broken Bow lake! You can even consider this a micro lake, and the water even smells the same.

Please use caution when entering the waterfall as rocks are extremely slick, unlike a traditional chlorinated pool.

But ours is much more relaxing! Sit on the ledge and feel the water on your shoulders, or slip down and be fully submerged. Either way, you’ll always be wrapped with the unmistakable sound of a waterfall!

Yet, it’s the outdoor hot tub that truly captivates. Positioned on the spacious deck, this hydrotherapy haven invites guests to unwind under the stars or enjoy a lazy afternoon with the soothing sounds of the river as your playlist.

You’re the Reason is a newly remodeled open concept cabin located directly on the bank of Mt Fork River, the most desired place to stay in Broken Bow. It sits on a private one acre lot with amazing views of the beautiful river with your own private access for swimming, kayaking, fishing, or our favorite, anchoring floaties and relaxing all day while sun bathing and enjoying the cool water! The 18×20 foot deck that extends over the river has plenty of room for your picnics and hanging out while fishing directly from the bank.

Inside this small 900 sq ft cabin, you are sure to love the newly updated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and every small appliance you could possibly need including both a regular coffee maker and Keurig (coffee, creamer, and sugar will be left for you to enjoy), toaster, hand mixer, blender, crockpot, and deep fryer. You could also choose to grill outside on the back porch with the grill that is both charcoal and propane. All dishes, cookware, and utensils are stocked. Just bring your food!

On the first level is the kitchen, living room with two saddle leather recliners and a large smart TV with fiber cable, a full updated bath, and the dining area with a custom table with more than enough seating for 6 guests.

When you go upstairs, you’ll first walk into the open sleeping loft and find the two twin beds separated by a wall from the queen bed side of the loft. Although this cabin is geared more towards couples with small children, it’s also perfect for girl trips! This cabin sleeps 4, but we can accommodate 6 with prior arrangements. An additional charge will be added for the 2 extra guests. Please note that the loft has a handrail and is open to downstairs. There are no separate traditional bedrooms.

Back outside, there are string lights over the graveled area for the corn hole boards as well as a fire pit with firewood provided for you to enjoy the s’mores left in your welcome basket. Dusk to dawn lights on the cabin and deck have been added for your safety while outside enjoying the stars and sounds of nature after dark.

If you choose to leave the cabin, there are several great restaurants and shops in town. It will take about 15 minutes to get back into Broken Bow city limits. Or you could decide to drive 25 minutes to Hochatown, home of Broken Bow Lake and any kind of restaurant you’re craving, coffee, fudge, and ice cream shops, zip lining, boat tours, go karts, a petting and rescue center, hiking trails, a wildlife museum, guided fishing trips (for crappie, bass, or trout), food trucks and taco stands, and the wineries and breweries. The top choice for guests to our area is kayaking the lower Mt Fork River. Several great outfitters are located around Mt Fork Bridge and our neighbors, less than a quarter mile from the cabin, is one of the top outfitters in the entire county.

So the decision is totally up to you if you’d rather stay at the cabin and have a few days of relaxing downtime or you have the choice to jam pack your time here with activities and adventures. Either is a great choice and you’re sure to love Broken Bow!

Kassy’s Place is in the Lost Creek Development in the heart of Hochatown. It is just minutes away from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, the Ouachita National Forest, and all Hochatown has to offer—without the worries of getting lost. This is a gorgeous 2622 sq. ft. cabin built by Kevin and Krissa Perry, owners of Lost Creek. This cabin offers spacious gravel parking in the front with plenty of room for a boat.

Kassy’s Place is a one bedroom suite. The front door opens up into a open concept kitchen, dining and living room design with the floors covered in warm post oak hard wood. The spacious living room consist of vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and a sixty-five-inch smartTV with Bluetooth sound bar.

This one bedroom master suite is equipped with a king-sized bed covered in luxurious bedding, wall-mounted fifty-eight-inch smartTV as well as its own spacious
very romantic En Suite bathroom. In the En Suite bathroom, guest will enjoy beautiful marble counters with dual sinks, luxurious dimming lighting, floor to ceiling glass showers, a soaking tub sitting in front of a glass wall looking out into the spacious outdoor shower, that is only accessible through the En Suite and is surrounded by an eight-foot privacy wall but open to the sky above.

This fully equipped kitchen is made up of all black stainless-steel Kitchen Aid appliances and marble counter tops. Other state of the art extras includes a pull-out drawer microwave, a full coffee bar with a small starter kit to get you through your first morning. Just off the kitchen is a full laundry room with provided detergents for guests to use during their stay.

This already amazing layout just keeps getting better as you walk out through the master suites glass french doors onto the large covered deck. The deck includes a stainless-steel grill, outdoor couch sitting in front of the gas fire place that has a sixty-five-inch smartTV with Bluetooth compatible sound bar hanging over the mantle —great for a romantic evening watching your favorite movie or just music by the fire.

Just off the main deck under the trees is the fire pit area, (firewood supplied) with seating, to enjoy the natural outdoor surroundings with your loved one (firewood supplied). There is also a HochaLife corn hole game that can be used on the spacious deck or out on the property. There are endless things to do without ever leaving your cabin. To top off your evening, take a nice long soak in our four-person hot tub on the main deck, and enjoy the surrounding. All of this will make your stay one you will never want to end!

Located in the heart of Kiamichi country lies the incomparable splendor of Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Surrounded by the natural beauty of Beaver’s Bend State Park, the Ouachita National Forest and the Kiamichi Mountains, this is the place to lose yourself in hunting, fishing, hiking, canoeing. The place to find yourself while surrounded by tall pines, crisp rivers and clean mountain air. The place to make memories that you will draw on for a lifetime.

The Beavers’ Bend / Hochatown area does not have public transportation. There is at this time a private ride share company that will pick up and drop off between most cabins and area attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. There is currently not any Uber or Lyft options.

All cabins located in the Hochatown area are 5 to 15 minutes from most destinations around the lake and park. This of course depends on traffic. Summer and other peak holidays experience higher traffic, typically Fridays after 2pm and Saturdays between 10am and 4pm. Offpeak weekends and midweek stays should expect shorter traffic times

Cabins located further north of Hochatown are an additional 15 to 30 minutes from the Hochatown area. This additional distance should not be impacted by traffic.

The park and lake itself are free to enter, there is however a fee to park.

During peak periods you should plan on a wait at most restaurants.

Our cabin is most often described as clean, private, quiet and peaceful. It is the perfect escape if looking to get away to relax in a upscale cabin.

We love our little cabin and although it can sleep 6 we recommend 4 adults since the 3rd bed is a pullout couch.

The outdoor area is equipped with cornhole, outdoor gas fireplace, large Jenga, gas grill & HOT TUB.

Please note both indoor and outdoor fireplaces are shut down during the warmer seasons, April-September. This is standard for the area.

The cabin is stocked with start up supplies (i.e. soap, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, 1 trash bag, etc.). However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay.

The Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal in (Pots, Pans, plates, cups and spices). We have a Keurig Duo with the option to make a standard pot of coffee or use Keurig cups (BYO Coffee)

PLEASE NOTE! This cabin is in a brand new development. Although all the cabin directly next to us are completed there are still other cabins being built in the development, but they do not work weekends. The roads are not paved yet and so you will be driving over gravel to get to our cabin.

We have cameras on the outside of property that record. One camera is located in the front of the property and the other is located in the back but the hot tub is not within view of the camera

You have access to the entire cabin and private driveway. You will be provided with check-in details the day you book. A unique code will be issued to input on a keypad to grant access & check yourself into the cabin.

We are located in Pine Hills North Phase III. 8 miles North of Mountain Fork Brewery in Hochatown. Our development is so new there are other cabins being constructed in the area.
