Tons of bright and natural light, fully remodeled with top of the line appliances, and close to everything. Trust us when we say the difference between walking 3 homes to the beach vs. 10+ homes is a game changer :). Our home is on the beach access road.

Leave your stuff at home! We have beach chairs, towels, cornhole, games, coolers, BBQ grill, condiments, football/tennis/basketball, and more. Everything is fully equipped. Feel free to use whatever you’d like. If something is missing or broken upon arrival that our cleaner missed, text us and we’ll have it there within an hour!

This isn’t your typical stale AirBnb – we live here 2 months out of the year and everything in the place is remodeled to our liking (new TVs, subzero refrigerator, washer/dryer, games, golf putting game, comfortable beds that are electric with tempurpedic toppers, full kitchen, multiple coffee machines, etc!).

Place is perfect for 2 couples and 4 guests. Split Floorplan in the house, giving tons of privacy to each bedroom. Both rooms have a desk for working.

It’s a smaller place but can squeeze 6-7 with 2 on the couch (extra linens provided). We also have a very nice blow up mattress. We can also bring an extra dinner table and chairs if you’d like.

No parties late into the evening. Having people over is fine, as is playing music/etc, but it’s not a party house. We love pets and are dog owners so we welcome all dogs and cats! We ask you to please declare pets prior to arrival. We do not have any weight limitations, but certain exotic/non-household pets may not be permitted

“W” check-in:

– Upon arrival, please inform the valet that you are staying in the Owner’s residence. Make your way through the West or Tower II entrance just beyond sliding double doors

– Turn left, walking down the zigzag tiled water wall feature. There you will find a Residential Desk agent who will help you check-in from 9 am to 9 PM.

– If you come after that you will need to go to the hotel’s main check-in located on the 4th floor. You will have to pay a $25 charge for that service so try to avoid that.

– You can also call them directly

The house is next to I-95 and near entrance to I-595, with connection to Florida Turnpike.
